Troubleshooting Okta GUI


As I configured the last time an Okta integration with Microsoft Azure and Office 365, I recognized a bug in the administration console if you want to configure the integration with the option of Okta password sync.

The configuration was around 17th February 2021.

At a deeper look to it I saw it is only a HTML frontend bug not in the code / function itself.

To enable the option Sync Okta Password open the HTML editor of your Browser during the step of configuration of that option if you integrate Microsoft Office 365 and change the HTML code as shown below.

After that, the option will be enabled and you can use it for the integration.
